The tissues of the neck are usually more sensitive and thinner than facial skin. There are various methods that can be used to rejuvenate the skin. The most common complaints in relation to the appearance of a person’s neck include neck banding. Vertical neck bands are caused by changes in the band of muscles from the collar bone to the jaw line which over time can separate into bands. Anti-wrinkle injections can be injected into these bands to reduce their appearance. Horizontal neck bands are creases in the skin of the neck caused by movement of the neck which causes creases in the skin over a person’s lifetime.
